Together, we are on a quest to change banking for good.Manager, PCI Advisory ServicesCyber Assurance is seeking a Manager to act as a subject matter expert within the Cyber Assurance Payment Card Industry (PCI) team providing application architectural compliance consulting to the enterprise regarding the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) and other applicable PCI Council standards.The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated self-starting professional with a solid foundational understanding of cyber best-practices and process management. The candidate will have well developed communication skills, capable of facilitating communications across multiple organizations and levels. The candidate will also be detail-oriented, results focused, and have a proven track record of driving tasks to completion.Essential Responsibilities:Develop lasting partnerships with various enterprise teams, to include collaborating on developing compliance-by-design strategies while balancing risk, business objectives, and business impact.Coordinate actives and follow-up as appropriate with stakeholders in support of PCI assessments.Serve as a PCI DSS specialist within the Cyber Assurance PCI Team supporting Senior PCI ISAs in providing specialist knowledge and actionable PCI DSS guidance to the enterprise as it relates to current and future processes, applications, documentation, and products as early as possible into project life-cycles.Stay current with architecture and technology developments and competitive trends and use this knowledge to identify and propose creative security and compliance strategies to the enterprise.Promote awareness and training of PCI principles, requirements, and security best practices.Ability to obtain ISA certificationBasic Qualifications:High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certificationAt least 5 years security audit and assessment experienceAt least 4 years of experience communicating with technologistsAt least 4 years technical integration experienceAt least 2 years of experience with technical IT controlsAt least 2 years in an IT security or compliance consulting roleAt least 2 years of experience with PCI DSSPreferred Qualifications:Bachelors DegreeCISA certificationCISSP certificationCRISC certification1+ years of experience working in the financial services industry1+ years of experience utilizing GRC solutions1+ years of project management experienceExperience with cloud-based environmentsAt this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.
